 Ultra-NET,
LLC (Ultra-NET) is an 8(a) joint venture company registered
in the State of Virginia in 2003. Ultra-NET was
founded by Ronal E. Butler, owner of Networking &
Engineering Technologies, Inc. (N.E.T.) an 8(a) firm and
Edward White, owner of Ultra Technologies, Inc. (Ultra
Tech) a small disadvantaged company. Joint venture
status was approved by the Small Business Administration
in September 2003. Ultra-NET was awarded the the
8(a) Streamlined
Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS)
Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) in
June 2004. Through
the successful use of the two companies’ technical expertise,
they have turned small studies and analyses into full-scale
system development efforts.
 Ultra-NET brings a combined
22 years of solid, proven track records by the founders providing high quality
IT services to the US Government. At Ultra-Net, the focus is on customer
